On May 10, 2007, Professor Chandler was invited by OPSEC to give a lecture in Florida, USA. The Professor spoke on The topic of “National Security and Intellectual Property Right”. During the 90 minute speech, the whole atmosphere was quiet until the end of the speech. Everyone stood up and gave him a long applause. Some of the audiences went over to Professor and stood in line. What they wanted was to give Professor their appreciation.
