On November 13, 2006, Mr. Chen Benfa, Deputy Director General of Sichuan Provincial Intellectual Property Right Administration, and Mr. Wang Hong, Deputy Director General of De Yang Municipal IPR Administration, led other Chinese delegates, Ga Rong Duo Ji, Yuan Qi-Dong, Liu Xueyuan, Wang Bao, Pong Yun Ye, etc from Sichuan Province in a visit to The National Intellectual Property Law Institute. Professor Chandler welcomed them at NIPLI’s House. During the visit, Professor Chandler and delegates exchanged their views regarding the protection of the intellectual property right in China and USA. And, the challenges of litigation and the process of disputes settlement were considered by them.
