International visitors sponsored by U.S. Department of State visited NIPLI in Washington D.C. Professor Chandler had a talk with these delegates with respect to IPR issues in South America. They were professors, attorneys, prosecutors and leaders in their countries. After the speech, one of the visitors gave her greatly sincere appreciation to Professor Chandler and said that “This is the best speech I’ve never had”.
