During the period of 06/01/2004-05/31/2006, left the job without payment and studied at the George Washington University, U.S.A.
Handling criminal cases including those involving murder, sexual violence, juvenile crime, intellectual property right infringement and so on.

Responsible for administrative affairs and trials. .
A presiding judge is a bridge between the court and judges on judicial policy. Therefore, a fluent communication is very important to enhance the judicial policy.
Handling trials and reviewing the verdicts written by junior judges.
Handling criminal section in the first one year, and then being in charge of civil section.

Initially dealing with criminal cases, such as corruption, drug, murder, intellectual property right infringement, and other criminal crimes.
After one year, becoming a civil judge handling civil cases, such as labor disputes, corporation law, marriage, and so on.

Prosecutor
The duty as a prosecutor was to investigate criminal cases, summon the defendants and victims for questioning, collect all available evidence and decide whether or not to prosecute.
Besides, responsible for directing the affairs regarding mistreatment, food and guard in jails.
Whiling the elections of legislators, city mayor , and president, supervising policemen how to deal with the emergency, such as the crowd’s violence.
